Sleep is one of the biggest concerns for new parents. I help you establish healthy sleep routines from the very first weeks, while fully taking charge of nighttime care so you can recover.
My nighttime interventions are discreet and effective: I handle wake-ups, nappy changes, bottles, and breastfeeding, while progressively creating the conditions for better quality sleep for your baby. You wake up rested, while your newborn has received all necessary care in the calm of the night.
